ONTORULE has recently organized two tutorials co-located with scientific conferences. The tutorial title was "Integrating ontologies and rules in a semantic business: from policies to operation". The presenters were Thomas Eiter, Stijn Heymans, Luis Polo, and Adeline Nazarenko.

The first tutorial took place on May 30 at ESWC2010, in Heraklion (Greece), and the second one was held on July 12 at AAAI2010, in Atlanta (USA). The events were a success, with an attendance of approximately 10-15 people in each edition. At both sides of the Atlantic ocean, the participants engaged with the speakers in a very participative atmosphere.
