Fundación CTIC has produced RIF Assembler, a tool that permits to mix-and-match RIF rules and OWL ontologies to create tailored rulesets. Using this tool, companies can manage and transform complex rulesets, extending the capabilities of their current BRMS.

RIF Assembler is an outcome of the ONTORULE project, and is described in Deliverable 5.5. You can give it a try using the provided examples, or your own RIF rules and OWL ontologies.
