This document reports on the ONTORULE Projects activities for Work Package 2 for the year

2009. It describes the tools developed during the first year. On the one hand, authoring tools for ontologies and rules, with a connection to the texts they were extracted from. On the other hand, the functionalities implemented for dependency management. The report also provides a short description of the data used for the demonstrators.
